Bonollo Riserva Lux Aurea

Bonollo Riserva Lux Aurea comes from the selection of a blend of particularly harmonious and elegant grappas created with passion by Bonollo’s masters and matured in oak barrels for eight years. Inspired by the myth of Prometheus, it takes shape in a unique decanter, presented in packaging with an architectural design intended to showcase this masterpiece.

Beatrice

Beatrice, Dante’s muse, inspired one of literature’s greatest works. This elegant spirit is dedicated to her—a blend of small batches of Moscato grappa aged in oak barrels since 2014. Its slow maturation develops a harmonious bouquet with notes of orange blossom, jasmine, apricot, and white grape. A love that transcends the ordinary from the very first sip.

Penelope

Penelope, Queen of Ithaca and a symbol of fidelity, inspires this reserve grappa—crafted from select pomace of Aglianico grapes, a noble Southern Italian variety, and aged in oak barrels since 2014. The extended wood aging imparts elegant spicy notes, complemented by delicate toasted nuances. Exceptionally smooth, balanced, and persistent, it offers a warm, refined finish.

Ulysses

Ulysses, cunning King of Ithaca and a symbol of courage, inspires this exquisite spirit: a refined blend of Amarone and Recioto della Valpolicella grappas, set aside to age in 2015. The extended maturation enhances its structure and depth, yielding an intense yet elegant profile; intriguing notes of stewed fruit, raisins, vanilla, and dried fruit unfold in a broad, persistent, and enveloping sip.

CUVÉE RISERVA

It comes from a blend of grappas created by the master distillers of Casa Bonollo, who combined seven particular vintages of grappa riserva, with the aim of creating an eau-de-vie with a harmonious and elegant personality. This distillate, amber-colored and rich with gold highlights, is distinguished by spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and honey well harmonized by long aging in wood.

GRAPPA RISERVA FILIPPO BONOLLO

Grappa Riserva Filippo Bonollo 15 years is the exclusive batch of 2000 bottles signed by Filippo Bonollo, fourth generation of the family. Aged in the family cellars and jealously guarded in oak barrel No. 7, this amber-colored and intensely colored Riserva is distinguished by enviable roundness, breadth of bouquet, great elegance and frankness.
