In particular, this information is provided to those who interact with the company’s web services, which can be accessed electronically from the address: https://www.bonollo.it. corresponding to the home page of the official website. This information is rendered only for this site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The Policy is subject to updates and/or changes, made from time to time by the data controllers of your Personal Data, at their discretion, including as a result of changes in applicable laws and/or regulations. Please check the Policy regularly to ensure that you are also aware of changes and amendments to it. Your use of the Site and/or your purchase of Bonollo products through the Site will be subject to the Policy posted on the Site from time to time and in effect at the time of such use and/or such purchase.

DATA CONTROLLER and PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING.

As a result of consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be collected and processed.

The data controller is Distillerie Bonollo Umberto S.p.a., located in Mestrino (PD) 35035, via G. Galilei n. 6, tax code and VAT number 00222760282.

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters or at the offices of any third party “external managers” specifically appointed in writing (IT companies, freight, logistics, payment services, banks, credit recovery companies, credit insurance companies, suppliers, law firms, accounting, tax and corporate consulting firms) and are handled only by technical staff of the office in charge of processing (usually belonging to the areas of administration, marketing and information technology), or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations of the website or the infrastructure on which it rests. No data deriving from the web service will, however, be disseminated.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Navigation data

As for navigation data, we inform you that the computer and software systems responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such Personal Data are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow your identification. This category of Personal Data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by you when you access the Site, the addresses in URL notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to your operating system and your computer environment. This Personal Data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site (e.g., the number of accesses) and to check its proper functioning and is deleted after processing within the period established by applicable law.

The legal basis legitimizing processing for the above purposes is consent.

It should be noted that the provision of data is never compulsory by law, but failure to provide them may make it impossible in whole or in part for the Data Controller to provide the services (in particular, to enable the formulation and sending of a response to the request received) that possibly presuppose their collection from time to time.

Particulate data

Distillerie Bonollo Umberto S.p.a. invites you not to transmit any Personal Data or information that may be categorized as special data under the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) (i.e. Personal Data that is likely to provide information about your health status, sexual orientation, political and religious beliefs, party membership or political convictions, trade union membership or beliefs, religious beliefs). Distillerie Bonollo Umberto S.p.a. will not take into account any special data that may be contained in the messages that you may transmit through the contact section of the Website or otherwise by contacting the Company itself, unless you separately consent in writing to the use of said special data by sending a special declaration of consent by e-mail to info@bonollo.it.

Application Management

In the “Contacts” section of the site, persons interested in collaborating or applying for job positions at Distillerie Bonollo Umberto S.p.A. are invited to send their curriculum vitae (CV) to the e-mail address hr@bonollo.it.
The personal data contained in the CV and in any communications transmitted will be processed exclusively for the management of applications, the evaluation of professional profiles and the possible establishment of a working relationship or collaboration with the company. The provision of data is optional, but necessary in order for the application to be considered.
The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Any special data will be processed pursuant to Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR.
Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to evaluate the application and in any case no longer than 12 months after receipt. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted, unless an employment relationship is established or express consent is given for longer retention for the purpose of future professional opportunities.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
