Project title: Bioactivatable secondary metabolites from the grape processing chain and their use in nutraceuticals

Brief description of the project: With this project, Distillerie Bonollo Umberto S.p.A. intends to expand the knowledge necessary to develop a portfolio of company products for the nutraceutical market, parallel to the company’s traditional core business. With this in mind, some of the research and development activities in collaboration with departments of the University of Padua and Milan are specifically outlined.
