If a dream lasts over a hundred years, it means it is real. Because it is made of roots, gestures handed down, respect for the raw material and the art of distilling. An interweaving of trust, passion and innovation guides us in creating sensory masterpieces, capable of exciting and enhancing every resource that nature gives us, without waste. In Italy, in the world. This has always been the “spirit” of Bonollo 1908.

The best innovations of the past are often the most valued traditions of the present.

Firma Giuseppe Bonollo

A forward-looking vision that refuses to be bound by the past, instead drawing on the best of experience to keep evolving through creativity and ingenuity: this is the distinctive DNA of the Bonollo generations, who, with passion and dedication, continue to shape the history of Italy’s flagship spirit.

The most concrete expression of this production philosophy is identified today in the
Sistema Unico Bonollo.

Foto Famiglia Bonollo terza e quarta generazione

From the pioneering beginnings in the mid-19th century to Giuseppe’s vision in 1908, from Umberto’s entrepreneurial drive to the expansion led by the third generation: Giuseppe, Antonio, Dario, Bruno, and Amedeo. From a local enterprise to industry leadership under the fourth generation with Luigi, Elvio, Filippo, Anna, and Emanuele: the history of Italian spirits is the history of Bonollo.
Far more than a family, it is the most significant dynasty in the world of grappa.
