BONOLLO GRAPPA AMARONE

Its remarkable intensity, aromatic richness and impeccable balance create a truly captivating sensory experience. It is obtained from the distillation of the pomace of Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G. wine, carried out in a discontinuous still within the Sistema Unico Bonollo.

BONOLLO GRAPPA MOSCATO

Aromatic

It captivates with its aromatic richness, roundness and pleasant persistence, with notes reminiscent of Moscato grapes, honey and floral nuances. It is obtained from the distillation of Moscato pomace in a discontinuous still within the Sistema Unico Bonollo.

BONOLLO GRAPPA CHARDONNAY

Lovable

It surprises with its smooth, delicate and elegant character, marked predominantly by pleasant floral notes and subtle hints of white-fleshed fruit. It is obtained from the distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still within the Sistema Unico Bonollo.
